The 30-day glow promise

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return — even if you've used it. If it didn't earn a spot in your routine, you get a full refund on the product price.

How to start a return

1. Email rose.glow.cosmeticss@gmail.com with your order number and a one-line reason.
2. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid US return label.
3. Drop the package at any USPS location. Your refund posts within 5 business days of us receiving it.

Refund details

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
• International returns are accepted, but return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

2-year warranty

Every Rose Glow brush is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device stops working through normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email a photo to rose.glow.cosmeticss@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the original.
