Rates & free shipping
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $35.
- Flat $4.95 standard shipping on US orders under $35.
- Expedited (2–3 day) shipping available at checkout for $14.95.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
- US standard: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- US expedited: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Canada: 6–10 business days, calculated at checkout.
- International: 10–18 business days. Duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking & lost packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7+ days, or your package is marked delivered but missing, email rose.glow.cosmeticss@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
